David Leip is IBM’s corporate webmaster.    He is also an STSM (Sr. Technical Staff Member) and a sr. manager.    ibm.com is one of the world’s largest web sites.    
It spans 83 countries and 31 languages, and a multitude of functions.    Managing the technical standards, architecture, infrastructure, application development  and
